While the ToolKit commands allow you to specify frame zero,  most videodiscs do not have a frame zero. Some of the players without a frame zero do not respond well if you reference frame zero.  It is best, therefore, to consider frame one to be the first frame on your disc, unless you know for certain you have a frame zero.
